INTERESTING NEWS!! a man in France was asked to pay his wife 10000 euros for not having sex with her which made her frustated and forced to have her sexless marriage!!the man was unable to prove that he was having health problems due to which he could not perform normal marriage duties!!They are married for 25 years and have two children..
What if such a case comes up in India?? I think it will be reverse and many many wives will have to pay their husbands a lot of money?? as compared to Men paying their wives!!
Also,interestinly ultimately it can be debated that money compensates sex!! Well looks like!! If in any society this is debatable and agreed upon then also divorce should be granted in such cases and infidelity should not be taken as offence..Its just a point raised!! Or it can be predecided that sex has to be performed so many times a week?? Well its a long argument and will go on and on with several cases..but the base point remains that such problems exist and might not be able to eradicated..Someone always has to suffer!! Man or woman..which is not good..Someone suffering because of partner just because they have taken a vow dosent makes sense anymore!! Such cases has to be taken up in modern society and the family courts needs to reform the laws for upholding marriage unions and seperations..We have one life and we should try to make the most of it..Sacrifice and compromise should be to a limit..Not to the extent that it becomes a painfull affair for the whole life..
