Where these people will keep thousands of tons of beans or grains that they steal...Ofcourse sell it somewhere?? There has to be a offloading ground..The police inaction is understandable as they might be getting kickbacks or they must be having pressure from the political sources....This crime is often overlooked as its robbery oofshore..not too many witnesses and identifiers....if it involves murder or physical injuries then it becomes serious!! If Mumbai police wants they can take take them out within no time..Or it might be an insurance issue...These things are very well planned...Giving in the newspapers and complaining to the police makes it more legitimate..!! Well MPO / COAST GUARD watch out..These marine mafia may some day allow another kasab into Mumbai..!!
