What if such a case comes up in India?? I think it will be reverse and many many wives will have to pay their husbands a lot of money?? as compared to Men paying their wives!!

Also,interestinly ultimately it can be debated that money compensates sex!! Well looks like!! If in any society this is debatable and agreed upon then also divorce should be granted in such cases and infidelity should not be taken as offence..Its just a point raised!! Or it can be predecided that sex has to be performed so many times a week?? Well its a long argument and will go on and on with several cases..but the base point remains that such problems exist and might not be able to eradicated..Someone always has to suffer!! Man or woman..which is not good..Someone suffering because of partner just because they have taken a vow dosent makes sense anymore!! Such cases has to be taken up in modern society and the family courts needs to reform the laws for upholding marriage unions and seperations..We have one life and we should try to make the most of it..Sacrifice and compromise should be to a limit..Not to the extent that it becomes a painfull affair for the whole life..

After great waiting atlast you have come up with something good..But this is not enough as proper implementation and execution of the same has to be guaranteed..Land grabbing,Land allocation by the state is indeed the real and back bone problem of India..People are getting displaced as their lands are being allocated to mining companies without proper licences and great favours are being done to the ministers..Their offshore accounts are getting bigger and funds are being arranged for the elections so as to keep their government..These people are way above the common man,police and the judiciary will do nothing without any case..RTI activists and whistleblowers are being targetted openly..In democratic India,You head the UPA, and so the most powerful person in India..The people look upto you to deliver..The frustation among the Indians is rising and will keep on cummulating till there is positive and powerful action from the government...Leave apart other matters and think of the poor and the common man..You will feel how the Indians are living in constant underlying fear of inflation,curruption,power!! Its not justified that a common man who has no strenght to reach the table of the govt  officer will pose any threat to anybody..What he looks forward to is a good day at work,bring home his salary and be able to provide his children with decent education and live in less but happy..I am sure any government can do this if it wants to!! You have had the chance and this is the second term..Things have been deteorating since 2009..post recession..!! I just hope that you will really deliver this time and not prove this to be another gimmick to appease the people of the country..

CHINA SHOULD TAKE PUSHY INDIA SERIOUSLY...

This is the strategy followed by China,provoke,wait and watch?? China always tests India's readiniess and willlingness by altering rhetorics..But their intention is clear!! Increase dilomacy with Vietnam and surveys in South China Sea..Give awards and more respects to the cause of Tibet..Proclaim Dalai Lama as a most favoured peaceful Gentlemen....


Also, India has a golden chance to bog China down with the Americans in their backyard..US-INDIA are on the same page and totally against PAK-SINO relations..one for terrorism and one for trade and economy concerns..US or no US..India should no more tone down in front of China and if required take a big strategic move like moving troops in Siachen and Arunachal..also against Pakistan border at the same..Fire couple of ballistic missiles and give an indication that we are no more taking any shit..Give a clear warning to Pakistan that one more act of terrorism and we will do the required..Make you decisions clear regarding border disputes and take a stand in UN against Chineese and Pakistan hostilities in bordering regions..Make your intentions clear and see how it helps us in our issue diplomatically..I am sure the nations will come forward with a positive support for India..If not we will come to know that Pakistan and China also has plans for India..In both ways we will be benifitted as we will come to know of the scenario..

MANIPUR BLOCKADE FOR 121 DAYS!! LPG Rs 2000/- PETROL Rs 200/-

Guys,Ever heard of LPG cylinder at Rs 2000/- and PetroL Rs 200/- per litre..well that is what happening in Manipur after the Nagas has blocked the National Highways 2 and 37 as they oppose to the carving of a seperate district out of Naga Dominated area of Sadar Hills..The Naga leaders unilaterally took this decision conveyed by the UNC..It entered 121ST DAY OF THE BLOCKADE DUE TO WHICH THE PRICES rose to extreme levels..Now when the PM is going to visit Manipur the blockade has been lifted after assurance by Chidambaram that the decision will be taken after district commitee report and discussion with all parties!! Now this was the news..good..But does anyone has ever thought that what would have been the state of the common man where life saving drugs and basic necessities like cooking gas and Petrol reached sky high prices like being sold in civil war affected African region..!! Life is so miserable when the govt takes no action which is harmful against the civilians.And surprisingly the black marketeers had all the supplies..In a place like Manipur which is unlike Delhi,Mumbai,Bangalore and Hyderabad etc..where sources of income are limited any shortage of basic commodity can cause chaos but surprisingly the govt took 121 days to address the issue and only at the time of PM's visit it is lifted in the hope that the talks will be successful..What was the govt doing all this time?? Did anyone think of the people living there? If the govt will continue to take the north eastern states lightly then those times are not far away when these states will bend towards external help from states like China and try to cut off from India..Already we are facing great issues in Arunachal pradesh and Siachen..Why were the armies not called and situation taken under control..? How can a organisation take total control of a state and cut it from the rest of the country? and govt sitting on the seat and taking no concrete action! This is not good news and the govt has to take concrete steps to make sure that this never happens in future in any state of India..Indian constitution has to come up with a law which nullifies strikes resulting in damage of property or life of a citizen and/or loss to the govt exchequer...If the govt is busy handling their foes in UP and Rest of INDIA to gain popularity,the days are not far away when the NE regions will get fed up of the policies and ultimately give in to the wants of the foreign hands....Then the govt will have a greater problem to address..

PAKISTAN'S NUKES NOT SAFE!!!!

This is great news amidst all these controversies!!! Former Pakistan foreign minister has just exploded a time bomb saying that the pakistan's nuclear weapons are not safe?? He has added that Pakistans nukes are not safe in PPP hands..which might be a statement to get an upper hand as he has joined Imran Khan's TEHRIK-E-INSAAF party..But this issue is very controversial and pinches right in the soft corner of Pakistan where it hurts the most..It is also possible thet this comment has been given on purpose to deviate from the current issue of NATO's bombing of pakistani soldiers..as Pakistan really had USA is a corner concerning this issue...Now after Qureshi's statement suddenly Pakistan has found no foot under ground and USA was quick to raise their concern against this issue turning the tables back on Pakistan and bringing China into the frame by raising their concerns on PAKISTAN-CHINA nuclear deal for nuclear reactors as USA is skeptical about Pakistans energy needs and suspect that they want to have nuclear reactors for processing bomb grade material..Pakistan will have to do a lot of explaining and play their best diplomatic cards to appease and save interests of China..their hand in hand ally..USA has a very good chance to justify their presence in the region and rebuff China one more time...Again ,India was found sleeping and has yet not recorded any statement from the Defence ministry or the External affairs ministry..Its high time India that we start play a major role in the region and stop relying on USA or others for support in diplomatic concerns..CHINA-PAKISTAN against INDIA is a lose situation..but CHINA-PAKISTAN vs USA-INDIA is a win win situation....Atleast diplomatically support USA and try to give it leverage amidst this situation..It will send out positive signals to all concerned..Especially CHINA AND PAKISTAN!!

China's provoking statement to USA on Pakistan's NATO STRIKE..

What is china doing amidst this controversy..? Their condolences is understandable but not their perspective..What moral responsibility does china have to interfere in Pakistan's internal affairs..? Or is it trying to embarass USA to avenge USA's support to philippines and India against growing clout of the chineese in south china sea..? Whatever,India should miss this chance to remind China that it has infiltrated Indian territory in Siachen and has no moral right to remind Pakistan of their soveireignity?? when it has no respect for other nations!! China has just cancelled border talks on the pretext of Buddhist conference in India saying it was going to entertain Dalai Lama..China had no intention to carry on the talks anyways?? In short..India should wrap up their internal mess as soon as possible and start making strategic plans as the neighbours are gearing up  slowly...The sooner the better..

It took one slap and one bad incident to show your solidarity to the people..Ofcourse,violence has no role in democracy and shoudn't be there!!! we all indians have solidarity with it but you go and tell that to the people who are dying hungry and who don’t have jobs to feed their families?..People resort to worst jobs to earn a decent living and what happens after that?...You politicians come up with 2G SCAM,CWG SCAM,STATUE SCAM? AND MAKE PEOPLE LOOK LIKE A WASTE!!....PEOPLE HAVE NO FOOD TO EAT AND YOU DESTROY FOOD IN GRAIN STORAGES!! If you would have shown this solidarity before the attack on Sharad Pawarji this day woudn’t have come at all...In fact, what has happened that all Politicians have got scared as if Indians will take to streets there willl be no place for these MP's and MLA's to run..?? Its because of these politicians that there is this feeling of frustation and social failure among the people of India..The best example of POLITICAL / SECURITY SYSTEM inaction is Kasab and associates entered Mumbai and killed 173 of us civilians..It has become difficult for a common man to arrange for his two proper meals for his family.You are sitting in the temple of democracy and take them as granted?...You have exploited us in the name of democracy..You have created a society where RTI activists get murdered openly in broad daylight and no action is taken AGAINST THE PERPETRETORS? Any of them!..Its you have taken independance for granted not us..Who has hired criminals in the parliament? not we...Its the people who vote but you who decide whom to vote?..People are anguished on the things happening in the country..Simple food grains have gone beyond the reach of the common man and there is no respite from the mismanagement..Everywhere there is scam and scandals for money where on the other side people are dying without medicines and proper health care..It was because of your mismanagement that we were killed in Dadar and Zaveri bazaar...100 crores were spent on the Kasab but what about the victims of bomb blasts?..There are bad roads because of your mismangement,there is security lapse because of your mismanagement..There are deaths of common civilians because of your mismanagement and now you are showing solidarity against the attacker..I also say it was wrong but who is to blame?? After one attack questions are being raised on Danger to Indians freedom and independance ?? who is to blame?? The governments have totally failed to resolve the issues pertaining to the civilians and the country at various levels...Get the accused punished and the scamsters behind bars..Stop spending 100 crores on Kasab and spend it on city's hygiene and medical supplies..Spend money on rehabilitation of slums and schools so the kids can study and understand the difference between democracy and revolution...!! Then you might see these frustrated people resenting against their actions!! Do not forget it is the same nation who followed Gandhiji till his end and it is the same nation who faught for against Pakistan and China! It is the same nation who showed their solidality against attack on Mumbai and every city of India which was targetted,we are the same nation who shed tears for every jawan killed in any form of battle..We are tolerent by nature..but don’t take for granted that we will be tolerant by force as well!! Times are changing and so we have to change..The winds of revolutions are bringing destruction all around in the region,please do not give air to fire or show your power in parliament against the people!! Lets start from where we parted.There is no society as strong as united and educated..We are the best example to the world for our diversity and history.We have remained united in worst eras and times and we can see this one across as well.But we need good governance and good reforms to make it happen and its only possible in the temple of Democarcy!! There has to be a offloading ground..The police inaction is understandable as they might be getting kickbacks or they must be having pressure from the political sources....This crime is often overlooked as its robbery oofshore..not too many witnesses and identifiers....if it involves murder or physical injuries then it becomes serious!! If Mumbai police wants they can take take them out within no time..Or it might be an insurance issue...These things are very well planned...Giving in the newspapers and complaining to the police makes it more legitimate..!! USA's Diplomacy or Democrat's Quest for survival!!

It has been an interesting forthnight,not with the world economies but with Obama;s tour of the Asia Pacific region.It had just the right blend of spices for all as per their DISLIKES!! Especially CHINA!! This time they really had it.Some hard retorts,some handshakes,some sideline meetings,it had it all.

Obama's pupularity was taking an downside trend amidst hich this tour was planned and executed with 100% success..maybe 110%..It had a rebuff  for Chineese President Wen Jiabo to act sanely in terms of internation montary policy and show some maturity in EUROZONE CRISIS!It had a promise by the US to Phillipines that they will support them militarily in any form of agression(unpointed finger towards China)..It had the announcement of an American Base in Australia which really shaook the chineese as their growing clout would be disturbed by American presence..So long the issue of south china sea which holds about 5 trillion dollars of commerce and some 200+ billion barrels of black gold underneath has been claimed by China all the time by flexing their muscles on others including India but this time by USA inteference it has become a debatable issue which will call for some hard core diplomacy from both sides..Obama;s visit had some monetary help for Myammar and a discussed trip by Hillary Clinton to the country..It was a perfect graph of a strong rhetoric subliming into soft discussions of trade and bussiness opportunities..

India benefitted deeply by his visit as it had an agreement with Australia for the nuclear fuel supply from Australia which it had been lobbying for long time..The greatest news for th Indian contigent was the arrival of American base in Darwin,Australia which straighway points towards hampering China's regional clout and bossing.Now India will have less a bit of less concern regarding China's military prospects in Myanmar and Srilanka..Pakistan will be smart enough to understand the move that now his adverseries are targetting his Godfather China and not Pakistan directly..It clearly shows that India and USA has done dealing with Pakistan and has everything under control..so moving the next step ahead..Its a great move by USA as India has been a long time ally and a much safer country to be nuclear armed as it has responsible agenda accompanied by nuclear deterrent policy..We have been victims of terrorism and a longtime foe to Pakistan and China..together which had always giving headache to India..Now times have changed..!! But we should be careful and not behave like Pakistan and run to USA for every milk and bone..Its a golden oppportunity and cannot be missed and overlooked..It was no surprise that USA tested their MACH 5 Ballistic missile and India tested their AGNI IV..All these indicators are a clear signal to China and Pakistan (for India)..that they should better behave in their shoes or there are some tough times expected..Also it has been a clear message by Wen Jiabo that China will not assist in Eurozone crisis which is not good signal in the Monetary circle..I wild guess is that the world will prefer India to take the front stage and act friendly rather than having China at the top and be unfriendly..The preparations have begun!!

With this tour,Obama has secured his popularity level to all time high and it has come at just the right moment!!He has just managed to rock the world with his new lyrics..
